Changed your mind? You have 14 days

If you're not happy with your purchase, you can cancel within 14 days of it arriving. Just email us at info@studentcomputers.co.uk with your order number and we'll send you a return reference and instructions.

Once you've had your return reference, you have 14 days to send the item back to us.
Please return it with all accessories, cables and paperwork, in its original packaging if you still have it, and well protected.
You're welcome to unbox and try your item, just as you would in a shop. If it comes back damaged, missing parts or showing more use than that, we may reduce your refund to reflect the loss in value.
Return postage is at your cost. You can use any courier, or we can arrange a collection for £25. If we collect it, we're responsible for it in transit. If you use your own courier, we recommend a tracked and insured service, as we can't accept items that arrive damaged.
Please don't send anything back without a return reference, as we can't process it without one.

Arrived damaged, faulty or not what you ordered?

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged in transit or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 5 working days so we can raise it with the courier and put it right quickly.

If your item develops a fault, you're covered:

Within 30 days of delivery: you can return a faulty item for a full refund, or a repair or replacement if you prefer.
After 30 days: your 12-month warranty covers it (2 years on Renewed laptops). We'll repair or replace it, and if that isn't possible we'll refund you.
We cover the return postage for faulty, damaged or incorrect items.

Refunds

We'll refund you within 14 days of receiving and checking your return, to your original payment method. For change-of-mind returns we refund the original standard delivery charge (if you paid one), but not the cost of sending the item back to us.
